The Waverley is the last sea going passenger carrying paddle steamer in the world and offers a wonderful day out sailing down the beautiful Clyde River. She is a beautiful site to see passing the entrance of Inverkip Marina.
The Waverley was having financial difficulties due to increasing cost of fuel and maintenance. The good news is that two EuroMillions lottery winners from Largs on The Clyde Coast have pledged to keep the paddle steamer afloat. We are very grateful to them.
Great news for cyclists and bikers.
