We ran a competition on facebook to LIKE The Foresters House. This was run by My Town Homepage Inverclyde. The prize was a voucher for dinner at The Inverkip Hotel.
The winner was Tess Davidson who is a theatre nurse. She has just returned from Ethiopia where along with a team of nine performed over 200 eye operations giving back sight to many people. What a wonderful thing to have done! She was a very worthy winner.
As it was Tess's birthday she and her husband Chris decided to make a special night of it and booked into the Foresters House. They had a lovely evening visiting the newly refurbished Chart Room at The Marina and then on to dinner at The Inverkip Hotel. They were very happy to meet various friends and colleagues who reside in the village. We were very pleased to have offered them hospitality and hope they enjoyed their stay.
Great news for cyclists and bikers.
